Well, Christmas has come and gone in a blur of family, food, fun, and lots and lots of snow. It was fun and the girls had a blast. Christmas eve was kind of hard for us though, I had to work so Danny was a good sport and took the girls to Aberdeen with his family, they had dinner and sang Christmas carols, Kylee even had to lead the music for everyone just like mommy dose at church. After they got back to Blackfoot they came by and visited me before they went home. My family also spoiled me, since we weren't able to be at Grandpa Sandau's for our traditional Danish dinner my Grandpa made me a special plate and had Heidi and Sam bring it to me, it was delicious!! Christmas morning I got home from work at 7 and slept till the girls woke up at 8:30. We had breakfast at home then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Sandau's for lunch and then out to my mom and dads to open gifts. We went home for a break and naps and then went to the Georges for dinner and more presents.
Friday we cleaned up the after math and then Danny and I had the opportunity to go with his family to Mountain River Ranch for a sleigh ride dinner and music, it was so much fun, cold but fun. Thanks to mom and dad George for making it possible for us all to go and go kid free. It was a great evening. We even got to see somebody famous, the actor Gary Senise, (CSI New York, Forest Gump) was there having dinner with his family. We got a few pictures and Leslie even went up and got his autograph. I will post the pictures as soon as I get them on our computer but we had a great Holiday. The next few days are going to be a little rough I some how got scheduled to work 3 nights in a row which I have never done so we will see how we fair after Tuesday. Hopefully I will be recouped for the new year and our anniversary.

Wrapped Up
So we finally got our Christmas all wrapped Wednesday night. It has been sitting all bought in the basement now for two weeks and I finally brought myself to get it done with a little help from a complaining elf who took off to play basketball after about 6 packages. Oh well at least he helped right. I think we are just about ready we just need to get his parents gift card and my dads
gift but other than that everything is done, yippee. Well all I can say is this past week has been busy, Monday we had a doctors appointment with Dr. Larson, the baby's heart sounded great and he said everything looks good we go in today for our big ultrasound at the hospital. Danny also had a soccer game that night they won 5 to 3. Tuesday I had a dentist appointment then mutual we went caroling and I froze my but off. Wednesday we watched Kaylynn's kids why she went in for her first ultra sound, then we delivered our Christmas treats and then I went visiting teaching, then wrapped presents. Thursday/last night I worked. Today Friday we have our ultra sound and then the Christmas party for my work. I just hope the weekend will bring a little less business. The girls can't wait to go outside and play in the snow I just hope it will be warm enough that they will get the chance this weekend. Merry Christmas to you all!

Holy cow I am losing track of time!
So any way it has been over two weeks which is craziness.I have tried a couple of times to get on at work at get this thing up dated but every time I tried the internet was down here at work. So her we go for a quick recap. Thanksgiving was great we were with the Georges this year I made the contribution of pies, I made six of them from scratch, I used some apples and cherries that I canned and they turned out pretty darn tasty. We did our annual day after shopping trip we got some great deals and spent way to much money as always. We did however pick a little 2 year old girl off of our giving tree at church and got her some things also. We took the girls out later that day to help us get the finishing things for her gift and they had fun. The last few weeks have been busy going to Danny's soccer games and mutual and working. We did how ever manage to get the tree up the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Here are a few pic from this fall and from the tree decorating. The girls love being outside and they had tons of fun decorating the tree, it will be a miracle if it is still standing by the time Christmas gets here.

Playing catch up again
Well, it has been a little while since we posted to the blog, (sorry.) Anyways we have had some exciting news we had an ultrasound on Monday and we found out that we are going to finally be blessed with a beautiful baby BOY!!!!! Yeah!! We are excited, when we first found out Kylee was pretty mad, she told the doctor before he did the ultra sound that she wanted a Dora the explorer baby and when he saw it was a boy he told her we were going to have a Bob the builder baby, she just sat in the chair and glared at him. It was so funny. Danny didn't really say much but you could tell he was playing the very proud papa part. She is starting to come around, she is just excited that we are growing a baby. She can't wait to have someone to help take care of.
As for the rest of the month we have been staying busy with work and church and Danny has also started an indoor soccer league, so hopefully soon I will get some fun pic posted. I can't believe that Thanksgiving is this next week this year has gone by way to fast for me!!
Kay I also have a request I need tips on how to use your food storage for meals at home and also quick easy and meals. I have this great food storage but we struggle with ways and meals to cook at home. More often that not we end up eating out when we really don't need to because we can't come up with stuff to make that is fast and easy and edible. Please help us out any ideas are welcome!!

So I guess it is finally time to get things up dated again we carved pumpkins a few days before Halloween, and here are there costumes that I kind of made.(I made he skirts.) The girls were so excited to help clean out there pumpkins.
The girls both had to be the same thing for the costumes, fairy princesses.
These pictures are from election day, after we got home from voting kylee decided we needed to come pare baby bellies. My poor little girl looks like a little Ethiopian child that is starved she has me by a little bit but I am sure not for long. My belly is growing so fast already it is crazy.

Family pictures 2008
So here are some of the better family picture that we got for this year. Thanks to my mom for doing them for us for free. It is amazing the more people you add the harder it is to get a picture with everyone looking at the camera and everyone looking half decent. The girls had a fun time going down by the river and throwing in rocks. We are so blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
Thank you so much mom for sharing your talents with us!!!

Well its that crazy time between Sunday and Monday when I am sitting at work trying to stay awake and pass the time. I am not really sure what to blog about tonight other than give a few updates on what we have been up to.
Lets see I must have jinxed myself when I wrote on Thursday morning. I little while after I had posted to my blog I started feeling crappy and ended up losing my dinner. The rest of the night at work didn't get much better, despite the medication that I was given I continued to get sick. I received a shot before I went home to go to bed but as the morning progressed it got worse. Each time I got up to do something for the girls I ended up in the bathroom with the dry heaves. I toughed it out till about lunch time and stuff was not looking good so I ended up calling my doctor and had to go in to his office for IV fluids and more zofran. Thankfully after that things started to get better for me, but on that same evening Shylo ended up miscarrying again for the 4th time. Which really sucks, but evidently heavenly father has something else planned for her and marcus. After seeing the specialist on Tuesday she found out that with her complications and medical issues she has an 80% chance of miscarrying any pregnancy she has, which is not the best odds. So at this point in time I think they are going to see what they can do to pursue the adoption ave. I just hope that everything turns out for them in the end.
Needless to say I didn't end up working Thursday night and most of Friday was spent recouping. We did however go out to the Georges and canned apple sauce for our food storage.
Saturday Danny and I had the opportunity to sing at a baptism, then that afternoon we had my mom do our family pictures. It gets hard the more kids you add, kylee did pretty good but trying to keep Alexis' attention and get her to look at the camera was next to impossible. I hope we had a few turn out, Danny may have to work his photo shop magic. I will post them as soon as I go through and look at them more closely.
Today, Sunday I had the opportunity to start my new calling as Miamaid advisor in the young women's, while still doing my old calling as ward chorister until they find a replacement. Which provides plenty of business during church. I hope I can fit into this new calling and help the young women of our ward.

Babies, babies and more babies.
Were to start..... as some of you know and some don't we are expecting our third baby in April. We are pretty excited, the morning sickness comes and goes but knock on wood it hasn't been as bad as it was the other 2. Well we just found out in the last couple of days that this new baby is going to be accompanied by 2 cousin in the months following its own arrival. Shylo (my younger sister) found out that she is due in June with her first baby and then we found out Sunday that Kaylynn (my older sister) is also expecting in June with her fifth baby. It is a crazy world!! My parents are going to go from having 6 grand kids to 9 in a matter of a few months. I just hope and pray that everything goes well and we end up with 3 healthy babies.
Kylee and Alex are excited about getting a new baby. Kylee is so cute and protective already, on a daily basis she asks me how me and the baby are doing, it is so cute. She also asks for us to feel better and be healthy when she prays. Kylee definitely also watches what I do and say, I have had a ton of heart burn with this pregnancy and I have commented and few times that even water gives me heartburn, so when Kylee sees me drinking water she says, "but mommy water gives you heartburn why are you drinking it?" You gotta love the way she watches out for us, I then have to explain to her that despite the heart burn that the water is healthy for me and the baby. I don't think Alex fully comprehends everything yet but she goes right along with what Kylee does, this baby will definitely be well watched out for. When asked whether she wants a sister or brother Ky says she wants a baby sister and she is going to name it Kylee, she is so silly. You have got to love little kids and there logic.

Kylee's Birthday Party
So here it is the infamous princess cake. It ended up turning out a lot better than I thought it would. I guess it just goes to show that stressing about stuff doesn't help anything at all. Kyle was so happy and excited she just kept giving me hugs and telling me how pretty her princess cake was. It definitely made it worth all the work and stress. Her party turned out really great, she got tons of princess stuff and all kinds of other things. Her grandpa told her it looked more like Christmas than it did a birthday.
She got princess dolls and clothes and even a princess dancing game from grandma and grandpa Jensen.
Here she is the most special princess of all, Kylee Jean.
Mom and Dad got her a dress up trunk so she could look like a princess everyday.
Needless to say her and Lex have worn the dresses every day and had to play the princess dancing game to boot.
Happy forth birthday bug, You are growing up way to fast. We love you to death, and love all the funny things you come up with on a daily basis you are an amazing angel!!

Family Home Evening
Well last Monday we took the opportunity to go with Danny's parents out to Aberdeen and pick potatoes for our winter storage. We figured it would be a great opportunity to let the girls play in the dirt and have a chance to see the tractors and trucks up close. They had a blast and it didn't take long for us to get plenty of spuds. It was interesting to see the way the two girls reacted to the new sites, Kylee was scared to death of the tractors, she was so afraid that they were going to come and run us over. She finally calmed down enough to get out of the truck and she even got a chance to sit in one of the diggers thanks to Great Uncle Kent, she thought that was pretty neat. Alexis on the other hand was so excited to see everything she jumped right out of the truck and started to help us find potatoes, she absolutely loved to be playing in the dirt Grandma George even got in on the fun. I will post the pictures as soon as I get them off of the camera. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa George and Great Grandma and Grandpa Rowbury for letting us come and have some farm fun with you, and thanks Foster Farms for the spuds.
Today is Kylee's birthday and I am so stressed about going home and making this princess cake,I just hope it will turn out half way decent. I hope I can get a little bit of sleep this morning so I will have full creative capacities this afternoon when I go to tackle this thing I will try to post the pictures from her party sometime later this week.

Happy Birthday Lexer Loo!!
Well Sunday was Alexis Marie's 2nd birthday. She had a blast we can't believe that she is growing up so fast. Here are a few pic from the birthday party.
She was so happy to get her princess jamies.
She had to show everyone her "monies" from Great Grandma and Grandpa Sandau
Making a wish, and blowing away, it took us 2 times of lighting the candles to get a pic.
This is her Elmo cake that she picked out and mommy made for her. (Not to bad we will just have to see how Kylee's turns out next week, she wants a princess cake.)
Finally getting to enjoy her Elmo cake and Ice cream.
Thanks everyone for coming to the party and for spoiling her rotten with all the gifts, she was so excited about all her new clothes and toys!! Family is the greatest. Stay tuned for next week when we see how big sister Kylee's cake and party turn out.

Meadow Lake 2008
Well, we have been home for a full week now and I am still not sure we are all fully recovered yet. Camping was great but boy does it produce a horrible aftermath of laundry and trying to find where I had everything hidden before we packed. The trip was well worth the trouble though. It was just a shame it went by way to fast. The weather was good, I was a little worried when we woke up the first morning and it was a whole whopping 28 degrees just a little chilly for tent camping. Luckily as the days went on the warmer it got, but we got a free ticket anyways, with as cold as it was the first night the girls got to sleep in the trailer with Grandma and Grandpa. Which in turn ment that we got a little better sleep not triyng to fight with them. We fished a lot, played in the boat and just relaxed. Well anyways the trip produced a bunch of great pictures so I decided to do a slide show instead of making my blog 2 miles long, so bear with me this is the first time.
This week kept us pretty busy Monday and Tuesday I did our mounds of laundry and then went visiting teaching, which turned out to be very fruit full, I ended up falling into an almost brand new couch and love seat and a twin bed. It matches my house perfectly!! I am here to testify that great blessings come from doing your church callings. Wednesday I got ready to come to work and ended up being put on call which is fine with me. Thursday I worked and was so busy I didn't even pull out my computer. Friday I went to a game party at my sisters, she is becoming a consultant for these family games, they are way fun, so look for me to book a party and invite you all in the coming months. Saturday Danny and I went Birthday shopping for the girls, while his parents kept an eye on them for us. Then we came home and bought the girls their new bunkbeds, and put them together, they were so excited. Today Danny and I had the opportunity to sing in Sacrament meeting together, it turned out pretty well, it has been a while since we have done that, I miss it. Well that was my week in a nut shell, life continues to move at lightning speed and all we can do is hold on and enjoy the ride and share it with others along the way.

No, we have not dropped off the face of the earth, it may have seemed like it but we have successfully resurfaced, I think. For starters here are a few pictures from girls camp finally. The top to the bottom are as follows, the whole group waiting for the opening fireside down at the lake, me actually trying to kayak, next is me starting out on the C.O.P.E. course and the final pic is me hanging like a sloth as the girls put it. I ended up having to switch ladders 2 rungs from the top b/c I couldn't get my out of shape body any higher I just couldn't get my leg in those jeans above my head to make it to the next level. Any way it was a fun experience that proved to earn me a few great big bruises and bragging rights j/k.
Okay so now on to the happenings for the crazy month of August. After I got home from girls camp I barely had enough time to get everything put away and we were getting ready for Kylee's surgery. Everything went well with the surgery itself but I swear the next 10 days drug on forever. Needless to say her recovery was not what I would call fun. She ran a low grade fever the entire time, she really struggled to eat or drink anything I kept having to threaten the kid with coming back to the hospital and getting needles in her arms if she didn't eat. It eventually worked, we say the doctor for a check up one week later and he said she looked great that her scabs were almost all gone, it still took 2 more days for her to actually be normal though. It wasn't until the day I came back to work that everything was normal with her again. I love my daughter to death but I seriously questioned if I had done the right thing or not multiple times. In the end we all survived and now the kid has an appetite of a gorilla, which is great for her. The next few weeks went by with out much consequence, we just stayed busy with work and the girls. This last week was the fair and we spent a little time there. Saturday Danny and I actually started our caning for the fall we did a batch of salsa the only thing we had to buy was a few onions and a few jalpenos but we ended up with 24 pints of salsa. Even after doing that we are going to have a ton of tomatoes in the next couple of weeks. I just hope we can keep up with them, my carrots need to be done soon also so I guess I know what are next couple of weekends are going to consist of.
We are however finally going to go camping this weekend, it is time for our annual trip up to meadow lake with our families so check back with us in the next little while and hopefully we will have some great camping pictures. Until then keep smiling and never give up.

I Made It!!!!
Well, I made it through girls camp alive and made it home with everyone I took and I think we actually had a great time. It was a big learning and growing experience for me and the girls. I pushed them all to new limits we all tried something new or conquered a fear. I was very worried in the begin b/c the majority of the girls I took are not physically active. But we made it through, Monday we did a swim check, Tuesday they were required to go on a 5 mile hike they all made it!! Wednesday morning I had to give them a little bit of a buck up talk due to a rampid wave of home sickness, then we did the cope courses, they were awesome! The week was filled with a lot of group building and self esteem building experiences. I was really scared going into this week, I was scared to leave my family, I was scared to be in charge of 10 girls and I was scared of a new, unknown experience. All in all I think it was a success, the testimony meeting was amazing the spirit was so strong and each of the girls took the opportunity to share their feelings even the little nonmember we took with us. It was a little scary after the testimony meeting, I had to opportunity to lead 10 girls 2 leaders and part of the bishopric back to camp, which was 1/2 mile in the dark with nothing but my cellphone for a light, it was a little stress full but we made it in about 30 min. It was kind of a culminating event for the week, it gave them the opportunity to trust each other and me and work together to get us all back to our camp safely. The week brought me a lot of new experiences, I tried kayaking, snorkeling, and the cope course which was both physically and mentally challenging. I will have to post some pictures when I get copies, I was the smart one who forgot her camera of course.
The family all survived well while I was gone, Aunt Shylo spoiled them on Monday she took them to Cindy's to see a new colt then she took them to Albertsons and bought them candy and dolls and balls, then took then to Rupes for lunch. Then Tuesday Grandma Jensen and Aunt Heidi took them to the Zoo, they had a blast. Wednesday Grandpa George took them to the park at Jensen's grove and then shopping in Idaho Falls. Thursday Aunt Kaylynn kept them and they got to play and also go to summer lunches, (which they love.) I showed up to get them around 2 and Alexis was happy to see me but Kylee wasn't so much, she didn't want to go home yet she was having to much fun. Danny seemed to fair pretty well while I was gone, he got lots of things around the house done, he put a new fan in our bedroom, he finished the trim for the kitchen/floor boards. He also did dishes and was laundry plus kept the girls and the majority of the house in good order. I am proud of him for being able to take such good care of things while I was away, plus work a full time job, He is one amazing guy and I love him very much.Well I guess I better get back to work, I will try and stay updated on things Kylee gets her surgery on Wednesday so we will see how things go.

Why do things have to get worse before they get better?
I swear enough is enough. It has been more than a week since I have even looked at this blog and the proverbial crap has hit the fan. Well Kylee had pneumonia, and so we did the whole take care of the sick child continously for almost 2 weeks, poor kid. We spent most of the week of the 21st doing house work going to meetings and getting stuff ready for girls camp and the George Reunion. The 22nd we went through all the girls camp supplies and tents to find out that the scouts were going to camp on the 28th so it was completely pointless. Then Thursday I had a meeting for work that was way to long and frustrating. Friday we did house work and got ready for the reunion, we had the hospital picnic which was alright then we went to Danny's parents house to kick off the reunion. Saturday we spent the day at the lake, I finally got to wake board for th first time this year.(Yipee!) That night we did the big family pic and talent show. By this time I was starting to feel run down, (I guess I should add that I started coughing Wednesday but didn't think to much of it.) Any way by the time I got home Saturday night I was running a fever of 101 and everything hurt even my hair. So I had Danny and his Dad give me a priesthood blessing.(thank you Danny for holding the priesthood and staying worthy.) I slept restlessly and ended up not going to church, I took it easy the rest of the weekend. Sunday night I tried to tie up some loose ends for girls camp. I had to reline up a different trailer(thanks Mitch) and double check with the scheduled priesthood leaders, but finally at this point everything was relatively lined up. We went to bed but didn't find much sleep. I kept my self and Danny up most of the night b/c I was coughing so much. Needless to say when Monday morning finally came I went to the doctor only to find out that I had gotten Kylee's pneumonia from her. So Monday was spent sleeping and taking meds. Tuesday morning I felt relatively well so I spent the morning with my sisters picking cherries so I can can them Thursday night. I was pretty spent after that so I spent most of the day sleeping again, that night I had mutual and did some more girls camp certifying then we went to Kaylynn's for root beer floats to culminate the kid's soccer season. It was nice but the day had gone on long enough, I went home and took my medicine and crashed. This morning I got up and got the girls ready, Kylee finally had her appointment with the ENT and as I suspected she is going to have surgery on the 13th of August to get her tonsils and adnoids removed. I hope all will go ok and it will help in the long run. We then went home had lunch and took naps. I had a chance to finally see to my poor garden thats been neglected this past week and got 8 green peppers, a zuchini thats huge and a bunch of peas picked, before I came to work. Work was going relatively well until Danny called to tell me that the main priesthood leader I had line up for the week at camp was no longer going to be able to go due to his wife having to surgery. So now I am in a pickle, I need to line up 3 priesthood leaders for camp with less than a week to go, and I am not sure where to start. I hope the bishopric had some luck in there search last night. Oh and one more thing that sucks I had lined up the opportunity to donate blood tomorrow but I can no longer do it thanks to this crappy pneumonia. ARGH!!! I hope I can pull this mess together and have a decent weekend and be able to provide a good experience for the girls at camp. Please pray for me and my weakness' that I will make it through. I hope when I have the chance to write again my stress will be diminished. Just remember, "This to shall pass."(Thanks Grandma.)

Memories
This came from a friends blog and I thought it sounded fun.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.
EVERYBODY PLAY! I want to see what memories you have!!

Well the weekend is over, and it didn't get much better. I went home Saturday morning and Kylee, sounded awful, she still had a fever, and her cough was horrendous so I called and talked to one of the ER nurses and she said we had probably better get her checked out again. So Kylee and I made a visit to to the hospital to have the doc take a peak at her. We ended up having to check her into the ER so we could get a chest x-ray. My poor baby now has pneumonia. I can't believe that in one week she could go from a virus to strep throat to having pneumonia. Needless to say we didn't go to church again and I had to switch my schedule for work around again. I think she is finally doing better though her and Lex were on one when I was trying to rest before work. The two of them are starting to feed off of each other they egg each other on and pester the crap out of each other to the point of squealing at the top of there lungs. Danny didn't have much better luck with them after I came to work, he put them to bed at 8 and they were still awake at 10 they had turned on the light and were playing with each other 3 different times. That poor guy had to hand out a bunch of spanks that went unnoticed. Oh well kids will be kids hopefully we can have a better day today and maybe have some fun this week with out sick kids.(knock on wood!!) Here are a few pics from the fourth of July.

Side Note
I had to go with the BEES!! That is our theme for girls camp when I saw it I thought I had to have it to help me get in the spirit of, "Bee Unified, Grow Together." Just pray for me that I can pull this thing off without a hitch and provide a good experience for the girls. Only 3 weeks left. (Yikes!!)
Ten days already??
Well as you can tell time flies by no matter what you do! The fourth was pretty lazy but it was good. I spent most of the morning sleeping, then we worked in our garden, (it is definitely coming along.) That evening we went out to my parents and the girls played in the sprinkler and then we had a bbq. Danny got some great pictures we just haven't gotten them from my moms camera yet so when i do I will post a few. The rest of the weekend went by fast with out much to talk about except Kylee started running a fever on Sunday morning so yet another Sunday of only going to Sacrament meeting. I think the relief society is going to think I am inactive. Any way By Monday morning she was worse so we went to the doctor, the told us is was just a virus so we went home. Over the next 48 hours things got worse her fever got higher and she was more miserable so Wednesday we got into see her normal doctor and she tested positive for strep. (yuck!!) So our poor little girl had to get a big old shot of penicillin in her tiny little leg,OUCH!! I felt so bad but we didn't want to have 10 days worth of antibiotics to take when she was already getting tired of having to take the Ibuprofen and tylenol around the clock since Sunday. I feel so bad for that little girl, this is number 3 on case of strep this year, so we have an appointment with the ENT doctor on the 30th of July to see if we need to get her tonsils out. Thursday wasn't much better, we jut added a sore leg to everything. It breaks my heart to see her hurting and miserable, if I could trade her places I would in a heart beat, but I am sure any parent would do the same for their kids. Friday was better, she was still running a low grade fever but her over all spirits were better. I am sure her daddy took great care of her while I was at work last night, we will see how she is when I get home this morning.I love you little bug and hope you feel better. She has been asking me all week to go to Jensen's Grove and play in the water I hope she is good enough we can go today. Well I hope everyone is having a good summer and has the opportunity to stop and smell the roses.

Happy Four of July!!
Well, I can't believe that it is the middle of the summer already. Time has flown by so fast, we haven't been skiing yet and we haven't even been tent camping yet. It looks like things aren't going to get much better very soon, at least not until I get girls camp over with. I have one month to go and I feel like the most unorganized camp director ever. I just hope I can pull it of before it is to late. The girls are loving the weather I am enjoying it now that my AC is up and running. It is nice in the mornings ,it is usually cool enough that I can get my exercise in for the day, but by noon time it is just sweltering so I retreat inside and make the girls do the same until later in the after noon then they spend the evening on the swing set or in their little pool.
The fourth is going to be a little different for us this year, we normally go to Idaho Falls with Danny's family, but they are going to be in Boise packing up Leslie and Dustin to help the move to Washington for school. It will still be fun, we are planning a BBQ with my family and we are going to see what good old Blackfoot has to offer. I hope everyone has a good and safe time celebrating this wonderful land we live in!! Hopefully I will update again soon.

Fathers Day Weekend
Well fathers day weekend was a good break but it went by fast. The reunion was a little windy on Friday night so we didn't get to do any boating but it was fun to visit with everyone. Saturday the weather was perfect for the races, our friends Bren and Lisa Ball came down with their kids. Josh and Collete Brown came and brought their baby. We had a good time the kids loved the water and we all got plenty of sunshine. Mitch did great he got first place. Shylo and her friend Amy Lilya sat by us to.
Sunday was fathers day we went to church and had lunch with the Georges. When we got home from church Kylee wanted to hold Alexis so this was the result. They are about the same size so it was a little difficult for her. Fathers was good, Danny got 2 new pairs of pants and a new shirt. That evening we decided to surprise my dad, b/c we hadn't been able to see him b/c he was already up at the cabin so we went to Island Park.
Monday we got the opportunity to go fishing with my parents. The girls had fun on the boat, and they did really good but the only thing we caught was a lot of bugs. We didn't even have a single bite. Oh well, a bad day of fishing is better than a bad day at work. That night we made dinner for them and had a good time. Kylee even had the opportunity to feed the foxes that come around the cabin.
Tuesday we went on a four wheeler ride to a place called Hidden lake, it was beautiful. We also ended up have a snowball fight at one point. After we got back we packed up and headed for home, yuck!
Wednesday Danny went back to work and I did laundry and we had a bbq with Danny's family at our house for dinner. Thursday we visited Great Grandma and then wen to the park for lunch with Kaylynn and her kids. Friday night I worked the ER. Saturday Danny mowed my parents lawn while the girls played with cousins. That evening we took them down to Jensen's grove to play in the water for awhile.I went to work at midnight and worked Med/Surg. Sunday we went to church and had lunch with the Georges and then went to the Jensen's for the evening. Monday the Missionaries came over and did FHE. Tuesday my sisters came over and we scrap booked for awhile. In the afternoon Kylee had her first dentist appointment, she did awesome. Then I had mutual stuff, we certified the girls on camp fires and cooking. Today I have just been trying to re-coop and get the house in some fashion of order.

I am so tired. I am sitting here at work trying to keep myself awake I have 1 hr and 15 min to go. I know I can do it. There is one hour away from a ten day stretch off of work. YEAH!!!! We have lots of fun things planned. There is a Rowbury reunion Friday, snow mobile races on Saturday, Sunday is fathers day and we are going to go to the cabin for a few days to fish and ride four wheelers, I can't wait.
Well in looking back over the last week, there are a few things that stand out, I finally got my painting done!! What a weight lifted off my back. Now I am just waiting on Danny so I can paint the trim he needs to cut and replace. I also spoiled my babies and bought them a little set of table and chairs so they could do some crafts they were so excited to be able to finger paint on their new princess table.
Wednesday night we had the annual relief society mother daughter party, I took my mom and my girls, it was fun, Kylee even won a flower. Thursday Alex started to run a fever, Friday morning we ended up at the doctors with strep. Friday afternoon we had lunch with dad in IF and did a little shopping. We played on the swing set when it wasn't raining or getting blown
away.
Saturday we took care of odds and ends and Kylee got to go to Katie's dance program with Grandma and Grandpa Jensen. She absolutely loved it and loves spending time with them. Alex stayed with us b/c she still wasn't doing to hot and we took her to Wal-mart to pick out a fishing poll for this next weekend, she picked princesses, it was so cute. Sunday me and the girls stayed home from church do to Alex's illness, Dad was an awesome husband and went and led the music for me and also took care of some camp stuff. He is so wonderful!!
Go Daddy, you are amazing and want you to know how much we love you and hope you have a great Fathers day!!
